Tracking numbers appear on your order in the account dashboard as soon as your diploma leaves us.
Your order tracker shows the estimated delivery date for your order, which is the same date given in your confirmation email.
Names and photographs can be edited from My Dogs. If your order is still inside its change window, use the Request Changes link on the order itself so the correction reaches the printer.
Renewals are handled from the dog's card in your dashboard.
The public registry is searchable by name; no account is needed.
Password reset links are emailed and are valid for 24 hours.
